Bow River Fly Fishing Adventures offers corporate packages for any size of group. We can do anything from short half day learn to fly fish "team building" sessions, to multi day excursions complete with luxury mountain accommodation. Owner Doug Massig can provide your company with sessions on anything to do with fly fishing such as: An Introduction to Fly Fishing, The World Famous Bow River, Travelling the World to Fly Fish, Tips from the Pro's, Casting demo's and lessons...
Call us with your ideas to make it the best trip or information session that you can dream of for your clients or colleagues. There is no group too small or too big.
You can choose to cater things yourself, or to have us provide drinks, snacks, and deli lunch. For the VIP trips - upgrade to burgers, or a streamside beef tenderloin meal prepared riverside on our portable Bar-B-Qs.
Many corporate groups are comprised of mostly beginners who have never touched a fly rod before - our professional guides will have your group casting and catching fish in no time!
We can arrange prizes for your group, and can make them fly fishing oriented and personalized if you like.
We can arrange for the event to happen on the Bow River with a banquet at a golf course right at the take out, or at a private lake with banquet facilities and accommodation at a beautiful lodge overlooking a mountain lake.
Rates
The rates below are for booking 1 or 2 guides. There is a discount as group size increases.

Basic Rate
Trips include all fishing gear - including premium rods, waders, boots, and flies. Prices are per guide.
Full Day $495 CDN lunch, snacks, beverages
Half Day $395 CDN snacks, beverages
Overnight (2 days) $1300 CDN 2 lunches, supper, breakfast, snacks, beverages
Fishing licenses and optional gratuities are not included.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and payment in full is due in advance of, or on the day of your trip.
Cancellation – Deposit is fully refundable with 30 days advance notice, minus a 5% handling fee. If less than 30 days notice is given, your deposit may be put toward another trip within the same calendar year.
We can provide you with discounted accommodation rates at a number of hotels featuring Luxury, Superior, and Basic accommodation in Calgary, Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise while you are here fishing with us. These special rates will be extended to you before and after your fishing trip to help you enjoy your corporate event and thank you for using our guiding service.
Gift Certificates are available for Corporate Silent Auctions or just thanking your clients. Gift certificates can be personalized any way you like, and can be for a complete trip, or in denominations of $100.
We are a catch and release outfitter.

September 4th. 2010 on the Bow, Jeff and I hit the Bow River for quick day of fly fishing just outside Calgary yesterday.We hooked lots of fish in the short time we had! Here's Jeff with a lovely Rainbow he caught on a perfect cast to the smallest hole along this bank! Nice job Jeff! <*{((>< 
September 5th. 2010 on the Bow, The Bow has continued to fish extremely well as it did all summer! We've been averaging over 45 fish on everyday!! In the last 10 days we've had several single clients with over 50 fish on and one Gent just shy of 60! We've been seeing more and more Browns hooked lately as they prepare to make their way upstream! Multi-Day Bookings - When you book three or more days with us during one fly fishing season, you will receive a 10% discount on all trips.
Family Packages - When you bring one person under 14 on the trip you will receive a 5% discount. Teach a kid to fish. Share some of our heritage with your kids to keep this sport alive in the future.
Overnight trips include tents, chairs, food, and all cooking gear. Please bring your own sleeping bag and pad. If you do not have your own, we can rent them for you for an additional fee. We camp on islands in the middle of the river providing an opportunity to fish late, even in the dark, and of course get some early casts in before breakfast.

To pay using an Interac email money transfer, log into your bank account online and follow the steps as outlined by your bank. An example of what to do is listed below. All major financial institutions provide Interac email money transfers through a subsidiary company of Interac called CertaPay.
1. Go to the area within your account that says payments and transfers.
2. Your bank will prompt you for the amount. Enter the amount you want to pay based on the chart describing the type and duration of your trip from the rates page. The cost to send an Interac email money transfer is usually $1.50. Subtract this from the amount you are paying as Bow River Fly Fishing Adventures will pay this amount.
3. Your bank will ask you for the email account of the person you want to make a payment to. Enter payment@bowriverflyfishing.com
4. You will be prompted for a security question. Enter the date of your fly fishing trip without the year. E.g. August 4
5. CertaPay will email Bow River Fly Fishing Adventures on behalf of your bank. When the money has changed hands, you will receive a confirmation email that the payment has been made.
